What do you mean when you say you’re an eco-cleaning company?
We only use eco-friendly cleaning products so you can trust that our cleans are significantly better for the health of you, your family and your pets than those that use harsh chemicals.

We reduce 99% of our own plastic waste by refilling all of our products each time.

We support our customers to recycle more. We work with specialist recycling services so we can recycle certain plastic items that can’t be recycled locally.

We use local eco-suppliers to minimise our own carbon footprint and reduce packaging.

We regularly service our tools so they last longer and then recycle equipment like our hoovers when we stop using them. So we don’t send anything to landfill.

We don’t use any single use cleaning products, so you won’t ever find a wipe going down the loo on our watch.

What cleaning services do you offer?

We regularly clean peoples’ homes, offices, airbnbs, HMO’s and community venues like scout huts, churches and nurseries. 

We also offer pre-baby cleans, seasonal cleans, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and sparkling cleans for new builds as well as ovens and carpet cleans. 

We also offer a Dream Clean Gift Voucher, enabling you to gift someone in your life a wonderful one off clean. 

We can also offer a locksmith service and basic gardening services.

My house is pretty cluttered, can you still help me?
Yes! And trust us you’re not alone. We know how challenging and busy life can be at times and we can support and advise you about how to tackle your space and get your home back. We know this process can take some time and we have patience to approach it in the way that’s right for you. We can help you longer term if you wish to completely declutter your home. We know from experience how transformative this can be.

I’ve got pets, are your team okay with that?
Yes absolutely! We are a team of animal lovers and our clients’ animals have included many dogs and cats as well as chickens, pigs, snakes and more.

Yes we absolutely can and we do for many families we work with. At our initial meeting we’ll discuss who’s in the household and what’s important to each individual.  It’s really important to us that everyone enjoys us being there and is comfortable with how their home is cared for. 

We have a lot of fun with our clients especially the younger ones, arranging their toys and rooms in ways that leave them delighted.

I am trying to arrange a cleaner for a relative who is getting older or has health problems, can you support with this?

Yes,we absolutely can, and we do this frequently.  Most of our team come from a care background and we are all very sensitive to the needs of people who are wanting to stay independent in their homes.

Do I need to be home when you clean?

You absolutely do not.  After we’ve agreed what you’d like us to do, you are very welcome to give us a key or leave us access via a key safe and many of our clients do. 

Equally if you are home there is no pressure for you to be talking to us or making us feel at home.  We know many of you are working from home and we are very respectful of your time.

Do you work weekends and bank holidays?

Yes, we do!  Early starts included. We prefer to keep our evenings free though… 

Can you take on last-minute jobs?

We will always try to.  We know life is unpredictable, so we have set up a more flexible way of working than some cleaner companies provide. We will always try to accommodate new requests including last minute ones.

How can I prepare to get the most out of my clean with you?
  1. Let us know if there’s any road closures affecting your address. 
  2. Make sure any parking that’s for us is available. 
  3. Keep any lively pets under control 
  4. Clear floor spaces so we can hoover everywhere. 
  5. Clear sinks so they can be cleaned. 
  6. Clear surfaces as much as possible. Having a basket to just shove any loose bits into can be a handy way to clear surfaces really quickly.
Can I change my regular cleaning slot?

Our business relies on our regular customers taking a consistent day and time of the week and our rotas are designed to be eco-friendly to cut down on the emissions from our transport. We cannot accommodate frequent ad hoc requests to change your date/time of clean. Occasionally though we know that changes may need to be made from both sides and we will offer flexibility wherever we can and ask you to do the same. 

Can I cancel my clean with you?

Yes, although we require 72 hours’ notice to do this at no charge.   Otherwise, you will be liable to pay full price for your clean.

What are your payment terms?

Regular clients are required to pay monthly in advance. You will receive your first invoice from us in advance of your first clean.  Late invoices incur a £10 per week extra charge.  

Do you supply all the equipment and the products?

Yes, we do.  Unless you have any favourite eco-friendly products you prefer in which case we will happily use yours for your clean. 

Can I ask you to help me become more environmentally friendly?

Yes!  We offer all our regular clients an annual eco-audit where we show you how you can make changes in and outside of your home to benefit your health and the planet.  Often you may find these save you money too. 

What are the perks of becoming a regular client of ours?

You’ll have a home that’s cleaner, clearer and not full of chemicals.  You’ll be more motivated to look after your possessions and interiors than ever before.  You’ll receive encouragement via us to keep making eco-friendly improvements via our complementary annual eco-audit and our regular money saving offers that will enable you to access our other services, like carpet, oven and window cleaning for a cheaper price.
