Terms and conditions
- This voucher can be used anywhere in Maidstone or within a 10 mile drive-time of our office – ME15 6AW
- The voucher entitles the receiver to either up to 4 hours of our regular clean service or up to 2 hour deep clean or declutter.
- We will contact the voucher holder following your voucher purchase to schedule both the type of clean they would like and when they would like their clean. The type of clean will be agreed with them in advance of our visit and we may ask for photos or a video to show the spaces to us ahead of our visit.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Please note we are a thriving business and so cannot offer instant cleans using the voucher. If you require a same day or same week clean we class this as ’emergency clean’, please contact us directly if that is actually the type of clean you want.
- We reserve the right to not carry out the clean if we arrive and find their home to be unsafe or hazardous or in a worse condition than we had been told to expect. In this event we would always try to negotiate with the voucher holder to agree a solution, for example agreeing to offer more hours for an additional payment.
- This voucher is non-refundable.
